摘要
在经济发展新常态下,铁路货源结构发生了重大变化。通过阐述昆明铁路局货源结构调整现状,分析货源结构调整成效及存在问题,从提高货运营销能力、创新铁路货运市场产品开发、提升铁路货物运输服务水平、提高铁路货物运输保障能力和加快扩能改造工程建设进度等5个方面,提出优化货源结构调整的对策,为加快铁路向现代物流转型发展、提高市场竞争力提供参考。
Under new normal of economic development, railway freight resource has an important change. Through expounding the status of freight resource adjustment of Kunming Railway Administration, this paper analyzes the adjustment effects and freight resource structure problems, and puts forward countermeasures to optimize the adjustment of freight resource structure from 5 aspects, which are increasing freight transport marketing capacity, innovating products development of railway freight transport market, improving service level of railway freight transportation, strengthening guarantee capability of railway freight transportation and accelerating the process of capacity expanding and reconstruction engineering, so as to provide references for accelerating the railway transformation into modern logistics and increasing market competitiveness.
