摘要
根据轮式越野车辆使用特点,设计了4×4轮式越野车辆液压行走驱动系统,该系统效率高,自动实现差速和差力控制,经济性与操纵舒适性好;采用大转矩双向两挡径向柱塞马达,通过手动控制高低挡切换实现两挡无级变速控制,重量轻、系统简单,工作可靠。
According to the characteristics of wheeled off-road vehicles, this paper designs 4×4 wheeled off-road vehicle hydraulic driving system. The system of high efficiency, automatic differential and differential power is economical and comfort. High-torque two-way two-stage radial plunger motor and manual control of high-low switching two stepless variable speed control are adopted to realize light weight, simple and reliable system.
