摘要
本文采用软体形态观察、生殖器解剖和分子生物学相结合的方法对福建出入境检验检疫局莆田口岸截获的蛞蝓标本进行快速鉴定,结果表明该蛞蝓为大灰蛞蝓(Limax maximus Linnaeus,1758)。大灰蛞蝓不仅是线虫Agfa flexilis、Angiostoma limacis、Angiostrongylus costaricensis和Angiostrongylus cantonensis的中间寄主,而且严重危害各种蔬菜、瓜果等农作物,目前在中国尚无分布,故建议加强检疫措施,防止入侵。
The slug,intercepted by Putian port of Fujian Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau,was identified as Limax maximus Linnaeus,1758 through soft body features,genitalia characteristics and molecular methods. This slug is not only the intermediate host of Agfa flexilis、Angiostoma limacis,Angiostrongylus costaricensis and Angiostrongylus cantonensis,hut also can damage vegetables,melons,fruits and other crops. It has not been found in China yet,and we must strengthen quarantine measures to prevent invasion.
