摘要
钢板桩支护是城市管道(廊)、隧道等条形浅基坑支护的最佳选择,但由于打拔振动和拔除后的土体缝隙等问题,严重影响周边环境,从而限制了其使用范围。本文分析了条形基坑由于拔桩引起地层损失,导致周边地面沉陷、开裂的问题,文中对拔桩过程进行理论分析,对不同工况和加固方式进行数值模拟,计算结果和工程实际比较吻合,并提出解决问题的技术措施,且在实际工程中取得了成功。本文对软土地质类似钢板桩拔除工程具有一定的参考价值。
Steel sheet pile support is the best choice of strip shallow foundation pit support,such as pipeline( gallery),tunnel in the city,but there are problems concerning sheet piling and cracks of soil after removal,the environment was affected seriously,the scope of use was limitied. This paper analyzed the ground loss caused by removing steel sheet piling of strip foundation,resulting in the surrounding ground subsidence,cracking and so on.In this paper,the theoretical analysis of pile removing process,numerical simulation of different operating conditions and reinforcement,have shown that the calculation results and the actual engineering are compared,and puts forward technical measures to solve the problem,and achieves success in practical engineering. This paper has some reference value to the similar soft soil geological sheet pile removing engineering.
