摘要
目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病的护理干预措施。方法选取2011年12月—2014年12月在医院进行治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者256例作为研究对象,按照住院的先后顺序分成对照组和观察组,每组128例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予护理干预措施,比较两组患者的护理效果和患者满意度。结果观察组给予护理干预措施后,护理有效率为96.9%,患者满意度为100%;对照组给予常规护理措施后,护理有效率为77.3%,患者满意度为75.8%,观察组护理效果和患者满意度均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者给予护理干预措施,可以明显控制患者的临床症状,对母婴的健康具有积极的作用,同时也提高了患者的满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the nursing intervention measures of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Selected in December 2011 to December 2014 in the hospital for treatment of pregnancy with gestational diabetes in 256 cases as the research object, according to hospital successively divided into observation group and control group, each group of 128 cas-es, control group was given routine nursing measures, the observation group given nursing intervention measures, than the two groups were compared the effect of nursing and patient satisfaction. Results In the observation group were given nursing intervention measures and nursing efficiency was 96.9%, patient satisfaction was 100%; patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures and nursing efficiency was 77.3%, patient satisfaction was 75.8%, observation group effect of nursing and patient satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus patients given nursing intervention can obviously control the patient＇s clinical symptoms, maternal and child health has a positive role, but also improve the satisfaction of patients, is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
