摘要
近年来,国有林场在改革和发展中遇到了诸多的困难和问题,既有主观上等、靠、要的原因,也有客观上存在的体制机制的障碍和历史遗留问题等因素。庐江县东顾山林场在保护好森林资源的前提下,制定总体发展规划,培育新的经济增长点,增加经营收入和财政扶持力度,着力解决职工社会保险、住房和拖欠工资等问题,基本实现了国有林场森林资源增长,生产经营水平提升,职工待遇逐年提高等目标。
Recently,national forest farm met many difficulties and problems in reform and development process.There were reasons as followboth waiting,depend on,requirements subjectivity and system and mechanism disorder and problem left over by history objectivity. On the premise of protect forest resources in Donggushan forest farm of Lujiang county,made general development plan,cultivated new economic growth point,increased operation income and financial support,sloved the problems of the workers’ social insurance,housing and holdback salaries,the objects of forest resources growth of national forest farm,promotion of production and management level,workers treatment increasing yearly were realized basically.
