特重度烧伤并发重症肠炎1例

摘要 1 临床资料 患者,男,37岁.因＂全身广泛石灰烧伤2h＂入院,入院诊断为＂全身广泛石灰烧伤80%Ⅱ°~Ⅲ°＂.入院后给予清创,创面外用磺胺嘧啶银悬液暴露治疗,常规补液防治休克,患者休克期平稳渡过.入院第6d给予＂双下肢削痂自体仁厚皮移植术＂,手术面积约18%.入院后即给予头孢西丁4.0g,静脉滴注,q12h及美洛西林舒巴坦5.0g,静脉滴注,q12h,联合抗感染治疗,加强对症支持治疗,ALB基本维持在26~33g/L,10d后改为夫西地酸0.5g,q8h及硫酸依替米星0.1g q12h抗感染治疗1周后停用抗生素,继续加强对症支持治疗5d后停止输液.
