摘要
针对工程车辆的工作特点,采用静液压传动技术,研究适用于工程车辆的专用底盘,能根据路面情况选择驱动形式.在分析动力学模型的基础上。建立了车轮所需要的特性场,并对液压系统中的参数进行了匹配研究.利用静液压传动可精确控制的优点,使工程车辆具有精确的可操作性,全轮驱动提高了整车的驱动能力.
Pertaining to the working characteristics of construction vehicles, a special-purpose chassis, which is suitable for construction vehicles, is developed using the hydrostatic transmission technique for driving mode selection via road conditions. By analyzing the dynamic models, the required wheel property field is established. Meanwhile, the hydraulic system parameters are matched. Based on the precise control advantage of hydrostatic transmission, the construction vehicles can be precisely operated so as to enhance the vehicle driving capability through full-wheel driving.
