摘要
本文通过对日本特殊教育的发展历程、现状的介绍 ,梳理出日本特殊教育发展的逻辑进程及其框架体系 ,并从中引发有益的启示 :特殊教育发展的水平是衡量一个国家、民族文明化程度的重要指标 ;特殊教育理念对现代普通教育改革有深刻的启迪意义。
This paper attempts expected to induce some useful inspiration to reconsider the philosophy reason the frame-work and organization of special education in Japan by introducing its developmental process and its situation today. 1.The developmental level of special education is an important symbol to measure the extent of one country or nation's civilization; A Profound rethinking of modern education ,with the concept of special education, is called for.
