蒲石河抽水蓄能电站预应力闸墩多掺合料抗裂混凝土试验研究

摘要 蒲石河抽水蓄能电站预应力闸墩长42.0 m,整体浇筑,墩体未设任何结构缝,因此,混凝土的抗裂性能严重影响工程的安全、质量及耐久性。根据工程设计要求结合寒冷地区特点,进行了各种掺合料组合方案的抗裂试验研究,及抗压强度、极限拉伸、干缩、抗冻、抗渗等各项性能测试,综合各项试验结果和最终单位线性变化值推荐了适宜工程需要的防裂混凝土配合比,闸墩于2009年6月初浇筑完毕,经多次检查未发现裂缝,效果良好,可为类似工程提供参考。 The prestressed pier of Pushihe pumped storage station is 42.0m long.The pier body is integrally concreted without structural joint.The concrete anti-crack characteristics influence the safety,quality and durability of project.According to the design requirement and the characteristics of cold area,the anti-crack tests and the characteristics tests of compressive strength,ultimate elongation,drying shrinkage,anti-freeze and anti-seepage are made in the different admixtures combination schemes.The adapted ratio of anti-crack concrete was determined by test results and the final unit linear change value.The pier has no crack since it was concreted in early June 2009,which could provide reference for the similar projects.
