颗粒增强高铝锌基复合材料的制备及应用研究

摘要 高铝锌基合金加工耗能低,回收再利用率高,对环境污染少,具有良好的环境友好性能。综述了颗粒增强高铝锌基复合材料的制备工艺,论述了高铝锌基复合材料在滑动轴承、模具制造等方面的应用。 High aluminum zinc-based alloy has good environmental compatibility,because it has many advantages of low energy consumption processing, easy to recycle, less environmental pollution. The preparation technology of high aluminum zinc-based composites reinforced by particulates was summarized in this paper, and the application of high aluminum zinc-based composites on sliding bearing and die-making were also discussed.
