摘要
目的:从免疫失衡角度探讨琥珀散治疗气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。方法:40只SD大鼠分为空白组,气滞血瘀子宫内膜异位症组(模型组),琥珀散组,达那唑组。结果:1)与模型组相比,琥珀散治疗组能降低IL-4水平,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);能提高IFN-γ水平,但差异不显著。IFN-γ/IL-4比较无显著性差异。2)与空白组相比,模型组IL-4水平明显升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);琥珀散组IL-4水平没有明显变化。结论:1)模型组存在Th2偏移状态。2)琥珀散可能通过改变气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症大鼠Th2偏移状态达到治疗作用。
Objective :To study the mechanism of HuPoSan in the treatment of endometriosis rat with Qi stagnancy and blood stasis from immune imbalances. Methods: 40 only SD rats were divided into blank group, Qi stagnancy and blood stasis endometriosis group (model group) , HuPoSan group, danazol group. Results: 1. Compared with model group, HuPoSan group could reduce IL-4 level, and had a significant difference(P 〈0.01) ; It could improve IFN-γ level, but the difference was not significant. IFN - γ/IL - and there were no significant differences. 2. Compared with blank group, model group IL - 4 a significantly higher level, had a significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ) 3. Compared with the blank group, IL - 4 level of HuPoSan group did not change significantly. Conclusion : 1. The model group exists Th2 off- set state. 2. HuPoSan may reach the treatment function change the Th2 offset state of endometriosis rats with cy and blood stasis. Qi stagnancy and blood stasis.
