摘要
黄连、肉桂是临床常用心肾不交,怔忡无寐之药对,组方为交泰丸。临床应用较广,由此派生的方剂很多,本论文综述了近年来对此药对在提取方法、化学成分、药理药效和临床应用方面的研究。
Drug pair of coptis and cassia is often widely used to treat insomnia caused by abnormal coordination of heart and renal clinic,the composition is called Jiaotai Pill.This paper reviewed the extraction method,chemical composition,pharmacology,pharmacokinetics and clinical application research of the drug in recent years.
