摘要
为分析不同应激程度条件下血清氧化损伤指标的改变及可能的影响因素。选取解放军总医院奔赴四川地震灾区执行抗震救灾任务的95名医疗人员早晨空腹血液标本并按工作环境危险程度由轻到重分为A、B、C组,13名经历地震受灾的人员清晨空腹血液样本为D组,用罗氏MODULAR全自动生化分析仪、E170免疫分析仪及西门子BN(Ⅱ)特种蛋白分析仪检测各组血液样本的氧化损伤指标C-反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化活力(TAC)、肌红蛋白(MYO)、缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、叶酸(FOL)、维生素B12(VB12)。用CH ISS软件分析所获得的数据,各组医疗队员氧化损伤指标和受灾群众组相比呈现一定的变化趋势,其中,C-反应蛋白(CRP)、缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、总抗氧化活力(TAC)均有指标有统计学差异,各医疗组之间也有一定的统计学差异,但总体变化不大。结论:应激对血清氧化损伤指标具有影响,其中CRP、IMA、TAC等指标受应激程度影响明显,一些指标的改变反应了氧化损伤的程度,而且氧化损伤的程度可能与应激的主动和被动有关。
To analyze the variations and influencing factors of oxidative damage items in different stress condition.According to the different environment danger degree,a total of 95 medical team members who ever took part in victim saving mission during catastrophic earthquake in Si-Chuan province were recruited and divided into A,B,C group and 13 people who suffered catastrophic earthquake was regarded as D group.The serum level of CRP,HCY,MDA,TAC,MYO,IMA,FOL and VB12 in these people were detected by Roche MODULAR automatic biochemistry analyzer and E170 immune analyzer and Siemens BN(Ⅱ) specific protein analyzer.The results showed that there were difference between the medical team members and people who suffered catastrophic earthquake,the serum level of CRP,IMA and STA had a statistically difference.Serum Oxidative damage items were influenced by stress,and the serum CRP,IMA and TAC were influenced greatly.Some item reflect the degree of Oxidative damage,while others may be related with initiative and passivity of the stress.
