摘要
文章通过对新疆少数民族双语教师培训内容构成的分析和新疆少数民族双语教师培训的现代教育技术支撑需求分析,提出新疆少数民族双语教师培训的现代教育技术支撑体系,并对其应用与实践进行了总结。
The training of bilingual teachers of ethnic minority plays an important part in the Project of Bilingual Education in Xinjiang.In order to improve the quality of the training,applying modern teaching facility is an efficient way.By analyzing the content of the training and the needs of modern education facilities,this paper is attempting to construct a modern education facility-aided system for bilingual teachers of ethnic minority in Xinjiang.Some conclusions are also drawn from the application.
