摘要
以京玉等6个桃品种(优系)为试材,探讨自交在桃树育种及种质资源研究中的应用。首次在果树中提出了自交育种的概念。用自交培育出桃新品种美锦和一些优系。结果表明,自交是获得隐性性状、培育新品种和确定基因型的快速有效的方法。
Peach variety Jingyu and other five varieties（selections） were used to study the application of selfing in peach breeding and germplasm resources.For the first time,the concept of selfing breeding was proposed.Meijin peach and some excellent selections were bred from the self-crossing of Jingyu variety.The results showed that self-crossing was rapid and effective method to breed new varieties,to obtain recessive traits and to infer genotypes.
