摘要 利用抗病品种是防治小麦条锈病最好的途径。采用基因推导的方法,根据对13个具有不同毒性基因组合的条锈菌系的反应,在已知的19个抗条锈基因中,推导92R137含有Y r26,陕160不含任何已经的抗条锈基因。构建陕160×92R137的F2群体,进行抗病性鉴定和SSR标记。抗病、感病比例符合孟德尔一个基因3:1的分离比。在l9对SSR引物中,Xgwm l8在抗病池扩增出双亲的标记带,而在感病池中不能扩增出抗病亲本的标记带,仅扩增出感病亲本的标记带,通过在F2单株的验证,确定抗亲的标记条带就是Y r26基因的分子标记。 The best way to control wheat yellow rust is to breed and use resistant euhivars. TriMs were conducted to postulate yellow rust resistant genes (Yr genes)in 92R137 and Shall 160. Thirteen isolates of Puccinia strifforrns f. sp. tritici, which had previously been characterized for avirulence/virulenee gene combination and I9 known Yr genes were used for postulation. Results showed that 92R137 resistant to all the 13 isolates was postulated with Yr26, while Shan 160 no Yr genes at ali. After the individuals of F2 segregation population of shanl60 x 92R137 were obtained ,their yellow rust resistance was identified. The segregation ratio fit 3 : 1. By SSR analysis with 19 pairs of primers, one pair of primers Xgwm 18 amplified specific bands of resistant parent and susceptive parent in resistant pool, while only specific band of susceptive parent in susceptive pool. The band proved to be a molecular marker linked to Yr26 was found stably in F2 resistant ndividuals and not in susceptive individuals at all.
