摘要 目的研究丹参酮凝胶荆的制备及质量控制。方法采用卡波姆等为基质制成凝胶荆,并建立质量控制方法,用HPLC法测定凝胶剂中丹参酮含量,检测波长为270nm,并进行稳定性实验。结果丹参酮的进样量在2.04μg·mL^-1 -20.4μg·mL^-1。范围内,与其峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率为99.12%(RSD为1.25%,n=6)。结论谊制荆处方合理,制备工艺简单,稳定性好,质量可控。 OBJECTIVE To study on the preparation and quality control of gels containing Tanshinone. METHODS Using carhomer as matrix to make gels and to determine the content of Tanshinone in the gels by HPLC (the measuring wavelength was 270nm) and the stability test was made. RESULTS The assay was linear over the range of 2.04 - 20.4μg · mL^-1, the average recovery was 99. 1% with the RSD = 1.3% ( n = 6). CONCLUSION The recipe of the preparation is reasonable, the technique is simple, the products is stable and the quality is easy to be controlled.
