摘要
对现有光敏核不育材料进行了分类,分为4种遗传类型;其中,温光弱感到光敏核不育系是最为理 想的遗传工具,并就其选育途径和选择“粳不籼恢”繁殖制种技术体系进行了论证.
It has been proved by the eco - genetic study of photoperiod - sensitive genie male sterility (PGMS) that the sterility influenced by light and temperature is not only due to the gene S itself,but due to the genetic background. Thus, all of PGMS rice can be classified into 4 genotypes: 1. weakly thermo - sensitive and strongly photo - sensitive (WTSP) type (snsn/tnPn+ ) ; 2. strongly thermo - sensitive and weakly photo-sensitive (STWP) type (snsn/tn+ Pn) ;3. strongly thermo - sensitive and strongly photo - sensitive (STSP) type (snsn/tn+Pn+) ;4. weakly thermo - sensitive and weakly photo - sensitive (WTWP) type (snsn/ tnPn). In view of prodtiction application, WTWP PGMS rice is the ideal genetical tool. It is believed that utilization of 'bridging between japonica and indica' should be an effective approach to select early and medium maturity PGMS; rice with low tempersture threshold value and wide range of light length threshold value. The utilization of the 'japonica MS iine/indica' technique in the multiplication and seed production of inter- subspecific hybrids of rice by two-line method is also discussed.
