摘要
钻井施工过程中常常出现大斜度井,这类井存在井眼清洁困难的问题。通过物理学知识分析对比不同井斜井段的井筒清洁机理,并通过理论分析与现场数据分析了大斜度井转速、排量以及钻井液黏度对井眼清洁的影响。得到结果:随着转速的提高,大斜度井的井眼清洁效果更好,当转速达到120r/min与180r/min时,井眼清洁效果突变;钻井液的排量对大斜度井的井眼清洁作用也是非常显著的,通过现场施工数据得到不同井径对应的最优清屑排量范围;钻井液黏度是通过黏度耦合去影响岩屑的携带效果,适当的提高钻井液的黏度对岩屑的清洁有很好的作用,然而随着钻井液黏度的升高,会影响钻井液的流动性,从而影响钻井液的清屑能力。通过研究的大斜度井的井眼清洁机理,以及对岩屑清洁影响因素分析的结果,对实际施工具有一定的指导意义。
During the well drilling process,highly deflected wells are often,while the cleaning of this kind wells usually are difficult.The paper through physical principles analyzed and compared well cleaning mechanism of different deflection well segments.Through theoretical and site data analyzed highly deflected well rotational speed,displacement and drilling fluid viscosity impact on cleaning.The result has shown that with rotational speed increasing,the cleaning effect is better,when up to 120 rpm and 180 rpm,cleaning effect will be changed suddenly.Drilling fluid displacement impacting on cleaning is also very obvious;through site operation data can acquire different well diameter corresponding optimal rock cutting cleaning displacement range.Drilling fluid viscosity is through viscosity coupling to impact rock cutting carrying effect,properly increasing drilling fluid viscosity will be beneficial to rock cutting cleaning,yet with drilling fluid viscosity increasing will impact drilling fluid mobility,accordingly impact drilling fluid rock cutting clean up.The paper through the study on highly deflected well cleaning mechanism,and rock cutting clean up impacting analyzed results will have certain guiding significance in practical operation.
